UK Returns — Free within 30 Days

Currently, we ship and accept returns only within the UK.

All UK orders can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receiving your item.
To begin a return, please email us at support@furhavenly.com or call +86 15059170146 with your order number and reason for return.
We will email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label — return shipping is free.

Important:
Please do not send any items back to the original shipping address or sender’s address.
The correct return address will be provided in your prepaid Royal Mail label once your return request is approved.

• Manufacturing defects: eligible for return within 90 days (free shipping)


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging intact

Items showing signs of wear, pet hair, stains, or damage may receive a partial refund or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or product quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Knitted garments that show signs of wear


Manufacturing Defects

We accept returns for confirmed manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase.
Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is free, and no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our support team.
We will guide you through the exchange process or assist with placing a replacement order.

  2. We will email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label (free shipping).
  3. Follow the instructions and drop the parcel at any Royal Mail location.
  4. Do not send returns to any address other than the address provided on the prepaid label.
